Not willing to refund money and NOT supplyin goods

I spoke to Eddy at ACAR Salvage PVT Ltd on 10th April 2013 in respect of an engine and gearbox for a bakkie that my mother had recently purchased. Later that day a quote was sent to me from Eddy with a price of R7 000.00. I told him that the price was acceptable. The following day I phoned to ask him if the motor was ready for collection and was told by Eddy that they could install the motor for an extra R1 500.00, to which I also agreed. They then sent me a quote for the amount of R8 500.00 with an additional cost of R1 500.00 for the towing of the vehicle to their workshop, which I also agreed to.
They then asked me to make a payment of 70% of the initial quote as well as the R1 500.00 towing cost. My mother transferred the monies into the account provided by them on the 11th April 2013, they then asked for the bakkie's licence no, vehicle registration number and vin number. I provided all of the required information. Till today i have not received the motor, they refuse to refund my money and the matter has gone to my lawyers. At the end of the day, ACAR Salvage are a bunch of and need to be stopped ASAP. its sad that they call themselves a business
