Uti Drive

On Tuesday the Uti driver showed up late and could not deliver. Today Uti showed up (Malungisa from Uti Florida Glen) and the delivery guy thinks he's some detective of sorts or something. I gave him my ID copy (certified with today's date by a commissioner of oaths) which is legible, payslip and proof of residence. He however does not want to give my card to me as apparently the ID copy is too dark.

No if I can see it and the commissioner of oaths can see it the guy probably needs glasses or a course on how to do his job. Now I probably need to hurry up and wait another two days for another Uti driver who will probably be just as incompetent.

Please get this resolved today and my card delivered (I will email you my documents then (to people who can actually see) and once satisfied you can then activate my card).

I don't see the problem here but if you can't get your act sorted cancel the card then! I don't have the time or patience with Uti's incompetence anymore. You can also not phone them as the call centre is only outbound and you need to wait for THEM to phone you when they decide they want to come and deliver.?
