How much I regret buying a car from the dealership

I buoght a Renault Megane from the dealer, a uear ago! And I took a two year warranty as part of that same deal inthe period of that year that I have been driving the vehicle, I had encounted several incidents whereby I experianced bad service from All the manegers from former manegers such as Mark, Niel and to top it all I have experianced the far worst service ever today! That was after I experianced a problem with the car and called Jerry, told him about the problem and he then asked me to bring the car in and I did just that! He then gave me his word that by last week Thursday he will make sure the car is taken to "Hatfield Renault". As I speak todate the car is still parked at their premisis with no update to me as to how far the prosess had gone as no one frome the manager to the service department gives a! I then tried calling Henrico today and he gave me the worst attitude ever expected and added that I should come fetch my car and c where I can take it! My point being these guys will promise u haven and earth before u sign on the dotted line, so please, don't be a victim like I am! STAY AWAY IF U CAN!
