Exceptional service!

I bought a vehicle from Renault Route24 at the beginning of November 2013. From the moment I entered the dealership I felt "wanted" as a customer. From having the salesman Niel assist me in finding the vehicle I was looking for, to finalising the contract, the deal was wrapped up in less than 2, 5 days, start to finish! Driving my new vehicle for the next 3 weeks, I became aware of a few issues I preferred Route24 look at and rectify. Again, Niel had absolutely no issue arranging for the vehicle to come in, arranging a courtesy car, and along with Tyler from the Service Dept. the issues were rectified. I was updated on the progress throughout the day and best of all, everything was attended to under the original sales agreement! At no point did I get the impression that the salesman just wanted to sucker me into a deal and then leave me out in the cold when I had issues with the sale. Niel even extended an invitation to contact him immediately should I find that there still is an issue after the last inspection, or anything else on the vehicle I need looked at.
