More than 2 months, vehicles in repairs

I had an accident on the 18th of February 2013 and my vehicle was towed to Precision Autospray on the 26th of February at the instruction of my insurance representative. Precision Autospray got the authorization to work on the vehicle from Zurich Insurance on the 1st of March 2013. When I enquired in terms of the days they will need to fix the car I was informed of 21 days, but the 21 days elapsed long ago and it's been there for more than 40 days excluding the holidays. Till today, I don't have the vehicle, have had to spend thousands of rands on car hire and the date for me getting my car seems to be a moving target every week. To cut the story short, I called Fernando on Monday, 29th April and was promised to have the vehicle ready during that week or latest Friday the 3rd of May because of the holiday (1st of May). It didn't happen and there was no communication from him whatsoever. Today, 6th May, I called Fernando again, since my car hire expires tomorrow, and was advised the car will be ready on Friday, the 10th of May which unfortunately I cannot wait until. I hope this matter will get the attention it deserves as I need my car ready by Wednesday
