Many promises, no delivery

PATHETIC! I have dealt with 4 auto-body repair shops in the past and this is THE WORST. They had my vehicle since 11 September 2013, which they confirmed by sms. A month later, spoke to Fernando who informed me the parts have arrived. Since then, it has been an endless series of promises, and NONE of them get delivered on, while no feedback is given after it is promised. Since December 05, 2013 I have repeatedly phoned Fernando and Eben and in every conversation they promise one of two things: "I'll phone you tomorrow" (and they NEVER do), or "The car will be ready this week" (and it NEVER is). I have lost faith in their integrity and will thus be sending my car for inspection at AA and the dealer (if I ever get it). Depending on what happens on 29 January 2014, I will be writing official complaints to both the insurance company, the RMI and the dealer requesting that they lose their accreditation.
