2.5 Months, my car is STILL not fixed!!!???!?

They received my vehicle on 12 November 2012 and started work on the vehicle. At first I was impressed by the level of feedback I was getting from them. With a website with photos and everything!

30 November I got the last SMS from them stating that the vehicle is going into assembly.

15 January 2013 I phone them, enquiring about my vehicle, only to be told that it will be going into assembly the next day.

The next week I phone them again, only to be told they needed to replace the computer box and the vehicle needs to go in for reprogramming. ETA on the delivery is the next week (25 Jan - 1 Feb).

25 January 2013 I phone again and was assured by Fernando that the vehicle will be ready by Friday. He also told me that the vehicle will be going in for reprogramming on 26 Jan. 27 Jan Fernando phones me stating that he needs the spare key. Why didn't he knew about that when they replaced the computer box?

I am paying for this vehicle, payments as well as insurance. Yet I have no vehicle to show???

I am now starting to get quite off with this service. Why am I, the customer, being ignored???

PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!!
