TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I am writing on behalf of Walter also known as W47. He received his bike back today after it had been in for repairs for a week. When he received the bike half of what was promised to him was still not done. He had paid for the bike to be serviced, when he got it back they told him it had been serviced, Walter then saw that the brake fluid was still dirty, Rudi then told him it will be done Saturday he just needs to bring the bike in AGAIN. The o-ring for the clutch had not been replaces and is still leaking oil and Walter had asked for that to be replaced. Rudi told Walter that he only today ordered the part for the clutch. What were they doing all week that there is still so much wrong with the bike. He is also still waiting in his clocks which he has been waiting for a long time. I personally would never recommend anyone buying any kind of Big Boy product as the after sale service is virtually non existent.
