User un-friendly on-line booking system

I have been trying to get a quote from the on-line booking system for 45 minutes and as yet have not been able to get past the second step as it won't allow you to populate certain areas and when you follow the instructions and click on the cover type nothing happens. Possibly the least user-friendly on-line booking system I have ever come across. Time to go back to Europcar.
