Phucked up service

I went to a shoprite in Tsakane to pay for my Mango flights which have now gone up as the teller could not help me claiming the system won't allow her to!!! After waiting for over 20 minutes I was turned away claiming the system does not allow to take my booking even though she can see it and that she should restart the booking which I explained that I need my booking since the flights have gone up!!! I am mad since I was well on time!!! I want this sorted out urgently!!!
