My vechile broke down travelling from Krugersdorp, in the Mpumalanga area. We contacted road side assist, "luckily" we have an extended warranty on the vechile. Road side assist, informed us that the vechile will be transported to the nearest dealership, should be collected by 11h30 on the same day we reported the problem and taken to Nelspruit for assistance. Nobody, from road side assistance to the dealership in Nelspruit could give us any indication of what the next step will be. We asked for assistance in the form of another vechile until we can get possitive feedback, as we were informed could be days. Yvette at the Nelspruit dealership just informed us that they have no vechiles available and is under no obligation to assist us. The dealership where we purchased the vechile in Roodepoort, ensured us that they would have gone out of their way for any customer if the problem incured in their area. We are stuck in a area where we know absolutely nobody. We'll rely on friends from Roodepoort to assist us in our predicament. Hope nobody with Jeep or Crysler vehicles ever breakdown and have to rely on the Nelspruit dealership for assistance.
