At 8 am yesterday morning I made an on line reservation - I had to call budget 8 times to try and confirm the book and each time I was told that the system was off line - finally at 4h30 Chantal from the Randburg branch was able to help me and conform my booking.

I told her I would be there at 19h30 to collect.

1. When I arrived there the two ladies were so unwilling to assist me
2. the car was not ready - not cleaned, had no fuel in
3. I had to complete and go thru the whole booking process again.
4. On my quote and my phones calls - I confirmed with them that an amount of R3200 would be debited off my account - pls see attached I had to pay twice the total amount been R4800 - I would have not accepted the quote had I have know I would have to pay this insane amount. Why two card swipes? Two lots of bank charges? The lady who helped me basically told me it's my problem???
5. while having to wait for our car we had to wait outside in the rain.. not once did any one come out side and see if we were ok, let alone offer us a place to sit and wait
