Dont buy a mini or a bmw u cant get it fix

Mw repair centres are to busy and take six months to book your car in to repair even after calling bmw S.A and was told because of last years hail.

why are rattles not covered under motor plan and when asked to fix it I get quotes R2000 but no guaranty on the work is this how bad your product is that workmanship on it by bmw is not guarantied

In the begging we were sold a scratch insurance that we cant even uses due to bmw being so busy I believe that we should get that refunded
