Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist

I encountered a very rude receptionist when I took my car in for a service at the Pinetown service center. Very unhelpful to customers and disrespectful to customers she was speaking to on the phone and when she put the phone down, she would comment on how "stupid" and "irritating" they were. disgusting.
