CHECK OUT DELAYS FOR 3HRS

On the 28th September we checked in to the Silver Sands hotel with my colleagues to attend a union meeting in Durban. They placed us in 2 different rooms before we finally slept, i even lost my Tablet charger in one of the precious rooms. On the day when we supposed to check out it was, to point that we missed our flight, and went back by bus. the receptionist was rude & stubborn. When we requested to speak to a manager, she said there's no manager on duty that Sunday morning.

She only gave us the complementary forms, i wrote my complain to my surprise no-one from the hotel has contacted me. I also wrote all my contact details : [Email Removed] & 0826693823.
The receptionist did not represent the company very well, she needs training in customer service, i don't wish for her to loose her job. They should improve their service particularly CHECK OUT TIME. Each and every floor is supposed to have atleast one person checking, to speed up the process. Try not to delay people who are still going to travel lots of distance to their different destinations. stay & rooms standard was excellent except for the rude receptionist during check out time.
