KFC Hillcrest: Worst fastfood restaurant!!

Over the past year or so I have only recieved EXTREMELY poor service at the Hilcrest KFC in Lynnwood rd, Pretoria.

They always seem to have a problem. Either the card machine is ofline, or the icecream/milkshake machine is broken, or the chicken is out of stock, or some of your order is missing.

Tonight I went there and had to wait 48 minutes before I got my order only to go home and realize that parts of the order was missing.

This was the last time that I will ever visit that spesific franchise and I will do as much as possible to promote my views!

I do hope that the rest of KFC South Africa are trying to uphold some sort of standard.
