Completely Useless

Previous issues with this branch:
No credit card machine
No Chicken (Please wait 20 min in the parking lot so that the timer in the drive through doesn't run out)
Actually waiting 40 min in parking lot & having to walk back to drive through window to collect order
General bad attitude
Wrong order received
Missing items
Cleaner shouting at me for walking over wet floor.

Just about every time I visit this KFC there is something wrong! Does the owner/Owners have any idea what is going on at their store? Pity its the only place still open when I finish work...

I ordered a Streetwise 3 tonight from the less than friendly lady at the drive through and was pleasantly surprised that I wouldn't be waiting for anything.

When I got to the second window I asked the slightly friendlier guy if he is sure that they put 3 pieces of Chicken in my Streetwise THREE & not two like most other nights?

After confirming with the person who packed my food he promised there was three...

There was two...

I feel a bit silly that I'm complaining about a piece of missing chicken but WHAT THE IS GOING ON AT THIS PLACE?
