BOTHASIG KFC TRIES TO CHEAT THE PUBLIC AGAIN!!!

A friend and I went to KFC Bothasig to order something to eat, when we got to the order station in the drive through, we were yet to find out that the milkshake and ice scream machine was not working AGAIN. Then we placed our order and went home as the guy (Ryan who was very friendly) ensured that our order was all there. When we got home only to realize that half our order was not there, we ordered a family treat which had 4 snack burgers, 2 chips, 2 small pops. and 6 pieces of chicken, well we didn't get our pops nor the chips and the chicken was swimming in some nice fatty oil, gross!!! then when we took it back we spoke to Elton Fredericks (which firstly didn't want to give me his name) really didn't care and handled the situation in such a bad way i was forced to swear to get him to do anything, and we had to wait another 24mins for our food to be replaced and the funny thing is that while we were waiting another two guys also came and said they got half their order. This is disgusting and i am sick of this KFC and no one does anything about them, i have had the same problem a few weeks back and i contacted their HQ and they did nothing either. Something needs to be done
