CHARGED TWICE AND BAD SERVICE

On the weekend I went to KFC Scottburgh to purchase supper for my family. The restaurant was full with only 2 cashiers open. Finally I placed my order and paid by card for R331.90. The first transaction the card machine printed through an unsuccessful receipt but the amount was reserved in my account for KFC and this was shown in an sms notification from FNB. The cashier then asked me to swipe again and pay for the charge again which I contested as the amount was already reserved for the branch. She then called the manager Nisham who assured me that the charge will be reversed that day and if it had not been reversed I could come through the next day and he will sort it out, so thus I pay for the charged. We then had to wait for our order as each item came through in drips and drabs and still part of our order was missing and chicken tasted disgusting. The next day I went back to KFC to be refunded for the missing items and mainly because the additional R331.90 had not been reversed and was told it was not possible as I had no proof and on their side they have no record of this payment. it has been 72 hours and still no reversal!! THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT NOW.
