Wrong order contents/milkshake machine

I have been ordering by them for a long time, and i am fed up sending them back. It has been the fifth time they had to go back to fetch the correct order, where i had to wait an extra 30min. And there milkshake machine is almost always broken out of order. I am so tired of not getting what i want to order. looks like they dont look after there machines nor the clients they deliver to. just want to bring this into light. It is extreamly disappointing when they tell me the machine is not working or that i have to wait en extra 30min to get what i ordered.
