Never any ice cream

I went macdonalds promenade for a mcflurry i waited in the queue only to be told that yet again they have no ice Cream this is the third time this happens to me why dnt they jst take the mcflurry off the menu as they never have stock anyway. The tv ads always claim that the mcflurry brings happiness its only brought me disappointment
