Gave wrong mcflurry

I went to mcdonalds for meal for kids and ice cream for myself. I went threw the drive thru.then they gave me wrong mcflurry they gave me an oreo instead of cornetto.then I went inside to change it I waited and waited while they help others and not assisting me with their fault that they made and made me wait. I asked for my refund and left and these persons on duty still had attitude the person that helped me in drive thru name is Ngwadla. And the two at counter where I went to to change my ice cream their names, Pumeza and Zandy. Their service is slow and I never got such service from mcdonalds in tokai cause I always go there.
