Pathetic Service

I experienced the most pathetic service at your Pretoria branch on Skinner Street. Violet is the most rude cashier I've ever came across. She has no clue what customer service means and how to deal with people. I went in the restaurant to purchase a Mcflurry Oreo, I asked her to stair it well and pour a bit more ice cream. She looked at me very funny - which I ignored and them told me that they have measurements. I have never seen anyone measuring the ice cream and to prove that, there were two more Mcflurry's that they had and all of them had different measurements. They gave me the ice cream and I repeated my request of a bit more ice cream and the male cashier (he may be a manager) wanted to give me some explanation and I refused to listen to his story and requested for my money back. Violet laughed like she was in a Shebeen as we walked out and I found that to be childish and pathetic. She needs to be taught some manners especially if she works with people. What a stupid young woman.
