Queue for 15 mins only to be told no ice cream

I went to the 24 hour MacDonalds drive through with my family on Friday night and after having to wait in the Queue for 15 mins we were told that there is no more Ice cream. There were no sign indicating that there was no ice cream and many customers in the drive through collected no food as they were all ther for Ice Cream I think it's sad to think it's December they know demand is high yet the standard of service is so pathetic. When I approached the manager he just said sorry apparently they just ran out! I suppose stock levels are not checked before hand. As if sorry helps the fact that I stood for 15 minutes and wasted my time, energy and petrol. What an incompetant manager. UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED! as it' s not the first time it's happened to me!
