Mcflurry ice cream desert never in stock

Every time we go to this branch for something to eat we ask for Mcflurrys. We have NEVER EEVER been able to get a mcflurry ice cream. It is always "not working/overheating/out of stock/eish I don't know etc etc etc. Coincidentally, this is always when they are fairly busy.

Do they switch off the machine because it holds up the service? It seems to me that they simply will not take orders for this item because of the extra few seconds it takes to make and serve.

Anyway, I now take my family elsewhere to places that serve us what we want.
