Wow what a failure and a great disappointment

Finally got through to order 3 pizzas plus a side dish at 19:14 pizza not delivered at 21:22, one of the ladies out of a total of 4 people i spoke to sounded bored and was talking to her colleague while picking up the phone then she says `yes can i help you`, the reason i even called was the fact that i went on the website to order it was offline, called the nearest branch since the phone was busy for almost ten minutes of trying the line, the nearest branch paardekraal road did not want to take the order as usual, puleng took the order then between that time and 2 hrs later i have no idea what happened, 2 hours later dorothy checked it and they still had not delivered it
