Placed an order 09:20, assistant says that order will be delivered at 11:00 at eleven the delivery guy leaves nandos, we dont work far from there but they took so long, the assistant then advised that the delivery guy had left already that was at 11:06 we were still patient at that time and was informed that the food will be there at 11:15 still at 11:30 nothing, called to cancel order at 11:30 as lunch was almost over about to go out to buy food and suddenly there they deliver at 11:40 so we have to eat in 20 minutes! Only to find out that the order was only placed at 11:50, if i had known that their service is so poor i would have never ordered from them, the customer service went out of the door. beyond dissapointed, and when the food came the chips were burnt and the chicken very small, no butter added, cho just bad. Hope that this will be a wake up call for all staff members at Nando's, please have empathy for your clients as they pay your salary and place urself in their shoes, base the reason you come to work on rendering ur best service and making your customers happy, that way you will never go wrong, people always come back based on customer service.
