A few months ago I had an issue with Nandos of which was sorted out by the Manager Joel. I cannot believe that not long after I would experience a dreadful service yet again. I called just before 09:00 to place an order for delivery and was informed that I will have it by 10:15. I called 10:30 as I have not received my food yet only to be called by my security who said that the delivery guy is furious because he has been trying to get hold of me and my line is engaged. Obviously it will be because I was calling Nandos for my order. Upon collecting my food the bag in which the food was in was so thorn that the food was actually falling out of the side. To top it all off my order was incomplete. I instructed the delivery guy to go back and return with my full order and proper packaging which he did but on return the food was so cold that it almost was not edible. Gosh I can't believe that I have just experienced poor service from them yet again. I think this time around I am done with them.
