Still waiting for my delivery over 2 hours now

Your service is horrific, this is the second time we have an unpleasant experience from your branch!!!
the first time we specifically asked for no chillies to be added to a rump steak nachos take away order, guess what it burnt the living out of my mom. Now we order take away from you and we are still waiting for the delivery 2 hours later, i literally stay 4 km from your branch!!! I think next time i will take my money to Nando's who will happily deliver within 45 minutes, come right or close your doors! your service is absolutely pathetic!!!
I work in the service industry and i have never in my life seen such terrible service! Fishaways, Nando's and scooters will definitely get my money every wednesday and friday from now on. I spend on average 300-00 per order at your branch! don't expect a return customer, I will ensure all my friends and family get to hear about your service! i would like the owner of your branch to call me, I am sure he/she would love to hear how his investment is treated on a day to day basis. you should feel ashamed of yourselves!
