Pathetic service

On Saturday evening at around 8:45PM I went to MacDonald in Northgate, I bought a happy meal (chicken burger) and chicken burger (not the meal) on drivethru, the lady at the last window gave me the happy meal only and told me to go park on the side they will bring the chicken burger to me as it was not ready at that time there was only one car behind me and it was not busy at all even inside the shop. I waited in the car for about 15 -25 minutes and no one brought the burger. After the wait I went inside the shop to find out why is it taking long and only to find out that the lady that was serving me is no longer there as they were changing/swapping shift and my till slip was just lying there and no one was attending to it. The manager looked at the till slip went to the kitchen and started shouting calling the name of the lady that served me instead of dealing with me. One lady that was also doing nothing decided to take the till slip and processed the order and gave it to one waiter to deliver it to my car even when I was telling her that its my order, she didn't't listen. As mad as I was I grabbed the food from the guys hand and left. I was so disappointed with the manage
