Not so finger licking good

This is not the first time I've complained about this particular KFC outlet. To wait a half an hour on a Sunday evening in a drive through queue is ridiculous. The owners of this outlet best be careful because no food is THAT good to make one want to wait for a half an hour. There is a Nandos and a McDonalods right on the doorstep of this food outlet both of which offer far mar efficient drive through services. So honestly, if you guys don't pull up your socks I don's see you being in business for much longer. And please don't call me only to apologize for your poor service, rather call me and tell me you've implemented some sort of strategy to sort the problem out.
