24 hour outlet or not?

This is my 2nd if not 3rd time arriving @ this outlet and been told that it is not operating because of them running their system/upgrade. Headed to an alternative outlet, no such issues. If that were the case, there would have been some form of signage. Benoni outlet that is, on top pf that got my order wrong. I know its late but don't employ people that are not willing to work at such times if the outlet is to run for 24hours. Don't promise on something you can't deliver.
