Cold and Dry Food

I am disgusted, I bought two streetwise two's - one with Chips and one with Pap, The meat looked old as if it was cooked day before yesterday - very dark, dry and cold, Crispy skin as if the chicken burned.

Two weeks ago I bought 8 wings - they told me they only had four left otherwise I need to wait for them to make new one - I decided to take the four they had - I got home and they were dry and cold and dark - and there were no wing drums - it was three small wing parts and one wing drum part.
