Ripped off & subjected to horrific service

Went to KFC Old Paarl Road in Brackenfell this evening. ordered a thrift box, crispy strips & a rounder. Queried why I was being charged for 5 individual pieces of chicken. The cashier informed me that the the chicken cost R11.90 and her whole attitude showed that she could not care any less.

When I asked how it was possible that 5 pieces of chicken could cost the same as a Streetwise 5 which included chips a manager was called. The gentleman could care even less. When I did place the order I specified that I did not want any wings, especially At the cost of R11.90 a piece.

When the order was packed I asked the server whether they has excluded the wings she got very irritated and she she'd replace the wing. This despite that the fact that the original order specified no wings. It took her quite a while to swap out the wing.

When I got home the order consisted of five drumsticks that were so oily and tasted so rancid that I threw everything away.

KFC will not be seeing me again, my money will be spent elsewhere. Anyone who appreciates service and value for money will do the spent
