I had a small problem that I wanted brought to the attention of the branch manager. I sent an e-mail and had one of the store managers ring me back to say that they had put preventative measures and training in place.
I then received a call from head office to check that someone had followed up. Well done to all.
It's what you do with the bad news that makes you great!!
