Dear chicken Licken,

I love your hot wings but on this cold Joburg morning had the worst wings ever. I went out of my way from the north riding chicken Licken who never has normal wings to randburg to buy chicken wings. After waiting a while I was given fresh hot chips with cold wings??? They are dark, dry, taste horrible almost as if they had reheated last nights left overs!

I'm a big fan but had to bin what I bought. Can you please ensure that all your franchises maintain standards because there was a lot wrong with what I bought.
