Poor service

Walked Spur at 7:45 to have breakfast. Firstly no one came to seat me. I sat down waiting for a waiter and had to call one to place an order. Placed my order and had to wait another 20mins, even though the place was empty, for my food to arrive. After it arrived I asked another waiter for a bottle of Tabasco sauce as there was none on the table. She went around doing everything else but getting what I asked for. Bear in mind my food was already getting cold. Finally I had to ask a manager for the sauce. he place was untidy and the staff concentrated more about dancing to the loud music than being customer centric. I walked out with no one acknowledging me. This has been the worst experience at. Spur outlet. The funny thing is that, a lot of people warned me about this branch, but it being "spur" I didn't think the service could be that bad.

I am very disappointed at the lack of training and professionalism at this branch and encourage others not to visit it.
