Horrific Service & unhelpfull staff

We went to the KFC Ermelo drivethru to order one regular milkshake and one decaff cuppacino, before placing our order I confirmed that they did have decaffinated cuppacino, the kept us waiting for 7 minutes then I asked them what's the delay, the didn't have an answer, someone called Mary went to check but newer returned! I called another staff member and instructed her to call the manager, another 5 minutes lapsed, not a single staff memember attended to us, I demanded my money paid back.. This is not the first or even the second time that we have had bad food and even worse attitude from this KFC and their staff. Never going back and telling everybody in this small town!!
