Bad service and attitude from staff

Lat night (1st May) we went to buy some dinner from Nandos Leaping Frog/Lonehill. Upon placing our order the lady taking our order (Thelma) kept talking to other stafff while taking our order and we had to keep repeating ourselves and she kept giggling after seeing us get irratated. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order the manager (Precious) handed us our food and I said this food took very long, she just pulled a face and walked away. I then went back to Thelma and asked for the managers name so I could report this and Thelma then laughed at me and did not answer me. I had to wait to see Precious's name tag and then left.

I find this kind of service really bad as I am a regular customer of Nando's and have never experienced anything like this before. Its a shame to let some staff bring down the standard of service that I am used to from Nando's and hope something will be done about this.
