How long does it take to make a Cuppacino?

This past long weekend my fiancee and I stop at the grasmere one stop to fill up and she ordered herself a cuppacino while I was waiting to get some fuel. After I got fuel I went inside to wait for the cuppacino she ordered. When we asked them how it still going to be we got a reply of "Ya its coming". So we waited a little longer. After waiting about 2-3 minutes longer we asked another waitroncashier how long does it take to make a cuppacino. He then replied "why are we rude to him". After about another minute or so the cuppacino made its appearance.

We went back to our car and checked the slip. We waited 11 minutes for a cuppacino, but wait it gets better. When my fiancee took a sip it was a coffee instead of a cuppacino

Another thing is ALL off the staff that works there has the names of cartoon characters on the name badges. So my question is, is this how Wimpy is going to run the restaurants now? Like cartoon characters?
