No ice in my drink

Who it may concern

hi i am a mcdonalds freak i would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and supper but what me off is when i ask for no ice in my drink and when i get it, it have ice in! i always specify but it doesnt seem they listen! most times its difficult to check your meal because you have barbariens back in the line who cant wait their turn so you just grab and go so when you get home their is ice in and you can do nothing except if the person who helped me did what i ask in first place it wouldve been fine! its not the first time it happens and im actually getting now! i would apreciate if these guys can listen better so we would not sit with an issue like this!
