Incomplete orde

I went to steers in rivonia to buy 2 heros with chips. I bought 2 chicken bacon and cheese heros and I got 1 chicken bacon and cheese hero AND 1 bacon and cheese hero NO CHICKEN!! Why did the staff cheat me on my order? I spent money and I expected quality service, I will never set foot in that store they take full money and give an incomplete order.
