Wrong Order 3x

Went to Mcdonalds for lunch. Placed two orders for the McFeast deluxe and substituted the cold drink for hot chocolate. simple, but the cashier got the order wrong 3 times. First she gave me 1 meal and 2 hot chocolates plus a coke. Then after explaining to her again i want 2 meals, all she did was take away the coke and gave me a refund for it. I had to explain again that we are still waiting for the 2nd meal. She finally gave us the meal without any coke, but when i paid she still charged me for the coke and the hot chocolate separately. At this point i was so frustrated that i just left without even worrying anymore about the charges.

Very bad service if you cant get it right after 3 times.
