Bad 1st Experience

The planning of the drivetrhought was not well thought out. You have min menu display and the display that is there is not working. You have 1 display infront of the order intercom and 2 behind it. So you first have to drive past the intercom to see the rest of the incomplete menu then reverse to begin your order - and hope that another car has not pulled up behind you. And have to drive once around mcdonalds before getting to the drive-thru and then again to exit.
The security ther is also not up too scratch as when I took my family in and sit down with our meal we had this HOBO sitting next to us with just a cup of something to drink. We moved and this person reaking of who know what just shifted up again to the table next to me and my kids. This guy just stared at us started to freak my kids out. Security no where to be seen. So we had to just pack up with this bad taste in our mouths and leave. My kids was so hungry that they finished their meals inside the car on our way home.

MCDONALDS UITENHAGE WONT EVER SEE ME AND MY FAMILY AGAIN IF THEY DONT BRING IN DRASTIC MEASURES.
