Disgusting servive

I placed my order at 3.05pm at kfc drive-tru and only recieved it at 3.16pm. i pressed my hooter but no one bothered to explain whats happening.the manager should have come out and expleined that the driver in front has to wait for another 10 mins which no one did.the manage should have asked the driver to park in the parking as they were still preparing her meals. it is better to be polite so that no one had to wait in the burning sun.my order was still nott ready when i got to the window, the lady said another two minutes she is waiting for the patties.when i got to school to fetch my kids i gave them their burgers, they were upset as there was no lettuce and no sauce whatsoever.the patties were so loose n the buns one even fell of, and i was also given coke instead of coke light.this service is disgusting.it is not the first time.digusting service.
