Great service at hudson's Kloof Street

We received excellent service at Hudson's in Kloof Street after a minor complaint about our food. We were treated with the utmost respect &courtesy, &our complaint was not questioned at all! The manager went above&beyond our expectations&really went out of his way to make us feel at home, despite our complaint. We were actually a bit shocked to receive such amazing service, as it is not what we have become accustomed to in South Africa!
The food at Hudson's is always great, &the treatment we received will make us continue to go back for more!
The following week another friend&myself went to the Claremont branch of the same franchise. They were packed to capacity, but instead of turning us away (as many trendy, popluar restaurants in Cape Town tend to do), they were most obliging about finding us a table. Again they were courteous& friendly &very patient, although the restaurant was so busy.
Thank you Hudson's for such a great dining experience! You deserve all the success& attention your happy customers appear to be giving you! And thank you for the delicious food too!! Now the only thing on my conscience is to find out whether or not you use free range beef in your burgers!
