Rude and totally disrespectful to custome

Basically asked if he could exclude the beef off the Dagwood explained to him it's simple other steers all over the country do it for me all the time! He refused an with a disgustingly rude tone basically we don't do that here at my steers! I was shocked, he reacted as if my money was not important an that he would not go the extra mile for a customer! I'm totally horrified with the way he treated an told me to take my money because he WILL not change anything or exclude anything!! Is this fair??? I will bad mouth his business because its not the way to treat a valued customer and for a manager he's totally arrogant an rude!! I'm appalled!
