Saints Burger Joint
Shocking service, even worse experience. Shameful

Simply a terrible experience, in all honesty I can't really comment or 'rate' the food as we never received ours. Not only did we wait 25 min for a water and an Appletizer, we decided to walk out after waiting for 1hr and 10 mins for no food what so ever. The final straw for me was the couple who ordered 30min after us, getting their food 10 min before we walked out. We are reasonable people, if the manager took 15seconds out of a very quiet evening at their establishment to apologise and perhaps explain the situation or even offer complimentary soft drinks it would of kept us there and perhaps even had us return thus adding to their investment.
Instead we were left upstairs with a clearly pressured waiter who didn't deserve our disgruntlement, with no food and a simply 'we dont care' attitude. This is not the first time this has happened at Saints but it will be the last. Avoid at all costs. Subsequently we went to Da vincis down the road after, greeted with great service and visibly starving... we were seated, orders placed, received food, paid and were out the door all in 40min with great food.
