Attitude at VW Alan Hudson

My Husband went to VW Nelspruit (Alan Hudson) and the receptionist called Alice was very rude and towards him. Her service was terrible and he tried to complain to someon in the parts devision and they informed him that many customers have complaint about her attitude towards customers but nothing gets done about it.

Her bad attitude and especially her attitude gives VW as a whole a bad imaige. I hope someone at VW does somethng about it.
