Spur Steak Ranches
SPUR FOOD AS PLASTIC AS THEIR MENU

Visited the local Spur Ranch in our town, as we do on a regular basis.
We had to seat ourselves, before someone saw us.
We ordered two half portion starters, only to wait 45 minutes to an hour and when our food arrived the plates had more heat than the food itself.
The order was served wrong, and when I asked the manager to please ensure the right order - they merely worked with the food with their bare hands to add the missing ingredients which is horrifying!
I didn't even take two bites - as I could see they used the same plate, same old limping lettuce and tomato and squirted guacamole and the SAME filling and cover.

I've seen this Spur achieve great heights, but with it's pathetic management team, they'll burn the institution to the ground.
The waiters are more interested in talking to one another, and lean on counters.
They're not even close to being neat and tidy and the managers just walk up and down without asking how the experience of the evening is.

I'd rather drive 20km's further to enjoy service and a great tasting meal than support this branch again.
And I'll never advise anyone I come across to support this specific branch.
